Self-Made Floor

Putting the pieces together wasn’t so bad. It was all the cutting. To get it to fit around all the corners.



At the end, the little hallway was the hardest. We had to fit around five doorways.



Evan had to leave by a certain time on Sunday. He got faster the later it got on Sunday. Was it the deadline? Was he just getting really good at it? Maybe both.



Soon to be finished, the light appears at the end of the tunnel. When all of the volunteers have left, late Sunday night, Cindie and I toil to the end.
